Instructions

Step 1
Wash your hands and move any sharp objects away from filling area. Washing your hands can prevent latex damage.


Step 2
Using the nozzle on your Helium tank, fill your Cloud Buster Balloon to 7 feet. Filling the balloon


Step 3
Twist the neck of the balloon and fold it back on itself making a loop. Twist the neck of the balloon and make a loop.


Step 4
Zip-tie the balloon neck, tightly. Zip-tie the balloon neck, tightly.


Step 5
Pull streamer end through loop and tie streamer to itself, tightly. Pull streamer end through loop and tie streamer to itself, tightly.
